THE FOUNDATION
Evolutionary Somatics is rooted in over 30 years of apprenticeship across somatic traditions, bodywork, breathwork, and the mastery of perception. The work focuses on subtle shifts in posture, breath, and micro-movement to reveal the subconscious patterns that shape internal experience and external communication.
This is not therapy. This is not motivational coaching. It is embodied perceptual mastery and physiological recalibration, in action.
Through precise observation and guided reorganization, participants experience measurable shifts in presence, decision-making, relational dynamics, aligned action, and authentic expression.

NEURAL TRAINING SYSTEM
Meg’s Neural Training™ is a structured neural training system developed within the Somatic Intelligence™ framework. Where Somatic Intelligence™ explores the broader intelligence of the body and communication systems, Night School™ focuses specifically on neural state training and nervous system regulation. Together they form an integrated approach to embodied development.
Modern stress, trauma exposure, and high-performance environments can shape the nervous system toward chronic activation. When the system remains in persistent survival mode, individuals may experience heightened reactivity, sleep disruption, cognitive fatigue, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty accessing calm states on demand. Night School™ was created to address this at the level of state regulation.

The system integrates somatic awareness practices, guided brain-state training, structured internal focus exercises, and nervous system regulation protocols. Participants learn to intentionally shift into alpha-range states associated with reduced sympathetic activation and increased parasympathetic engagement. Sessions are designed to be practiced at night when the nervous system is most receptive to reorganization. Over time, regulation stops being something you have to work at and becomes something you simply have access to.
