MEET MEGAN
Thirty years of attention to what the body reveals.
Megan Gouldner is the founder of Evolutionary Somatics, Inc. With over 30 years experience in bodywork, breathwork, perceptual training and shamanic apprenticeship, she works with individuals, creatives, and professionals seeking precise, lasting change beyond traditional approaches. Her work is direct, perceptual and deeply embodied, helping clients release patterns that affect how they feel, how they function, and what it means for them to be alive.
“The mind travels through time. The body does not. You can remember what something felt like. You can anticipate what it might feel like. But sensation - true feeling - exists only now. The Present Moment is not a concept. It is a physiological event.”
— Megan Gouldner, Founder
MY APPROACH
MY APPROACH
Megan Gouldner has worked with individuals, teams, artists, organizations, and Fortune 500 companies to identify and reorganize the patterns driving behavior beneath conscious awareness, producing consistent, measurable shifts in how people perceive, respond, and communicate.
-
The work focuses on the living intelligence of the body, tracking breath, posture, micro-movement, and nonverbal signaling to reveal subconscious patterns that influence thought, behavior, and communication. It works at the moment behavior is actually generated, not retrospectively through reflection or analysis, but in real time through the body itself.
-
This methodology has been refined through continuous application across clinical nutrition practice, conscious breathwork facilitation, craniosacral and somatic release work, performance training, and organizational consulting. It has been shaped through decades of direct observation and real world implementation across high responsibility environments.
-
Through somatic awareness and mastery of nonverbal communication, Megan help’s high performers attune to the intelligence of the body, where instinct sharpens, intuition heightens, relationships deepen, and influence becomes embodied. This is where presence becomes power.
ORIGIN
Megan's work is rooted in a comprehensive body of knowledge passed down through her late mentor, whose teachings in body language, behavioral observation, mental conditioning, and relational dynamics formed the perceptual foundation of this methodology. What emerged from that apprenticeship was not technique alone but a refinement of attention itself: the ability to witness behavior at the moment of its formation, before it becomes language or action. The method Megan practices today is the result of a lifelong commitment to that lineage and the depth that comes from sustained, hands-on application.
